PROCESSING TIMES

  • Bundles and Wigs: Processing time is 3-10 business days.
  • Weekend and Holiday Processing: We do not process or ship orders over weekends or on Luxembourgish national holidays.

PRE-ORDER PROCESSING For pre-order bundle deals, processing times are typically 10–14 business days. Updates on your pre-order status will not be sent until this processing period is complete. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is ready to ship.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Luxembourg)

  • Carrier: Orders within Luxembourg are shipped via Post Luxembourg with signature confirmation and insurance.
  • Delivery Times: For in-stock items, delivery is 1–2 business days after processing. Back-ordered items may require additional processing time, with delivery 5-10 days after processing completion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Carrier: International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery Times: Shipping to most international locations takes up to 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Tariffs and Duties: International shipping costs do not include tariffs, duties, or import taxes charged by your country. Please take this into account when placing your order.

UNDELIVERABLE, LOST, OR RETURNED PACKAGES

  • Address Corrections: Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. 
  • ResponsibilityGlow Hair is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages once they are with the carrier. For any issues, please contact your local post office.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND CHARGEBACKS

  • No Returns or Cancellations: We do not accept returns or order cancellations. Verify your order details before finalizing your purchase.
  • Transit Delays: We are not liable for delays due to the carrier or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes). Refunds or chargebacks will not be issued for transit delays.
